Market Position

We are long term owners, Wilson Properties, LLC, has developed, owns, leases, and manages six commercial buildings all located in Wilton CT. Our tenant base is comprised of well established office, retail, commercial and professional tenants. Our buildings range in size from 3,300 Sq. Ft. to 35,000 Sq. Ft. and are located in the Route Seven corridor and in Wilton Center. Our latest property acquisition took place in 2006.


Operations

We work hard to maintain quality landlord tenant relationships. Our property management reflects the belief that buildings well maintained will be well tenanted over the long term. We strive to employ the best property management practices in the industry and are proactive in identifying and dealing with maintenance issues. We are sensitive to the environment, pursuing the most energy efficient methods available. We are recognized experts in lease negotiation and our leases are plain language agreements tailored to the size, term, and complexity of the transaction with quick turn-a-round time. 

Leland R. Wilson, President Community

As a long time supporter of Wilton organizations, institutions and community activities, Lee Wilson has given back to the community by serving on Wilton’s Board of Finance and the town’s Economic Development Commission. Lee served three terms as President of the Wilton Historical Society where he continues to contribute actively to further the mission of the Society as an Emertius Trustee. In addition, he has served, over his career, as president of several local and state level real estate organizations. Mr. Wilson has been recognized numerous times for his innovations and leadership by his industry. He also served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Wilton Bank.
